Amica — Gentleness & Empathy.
Amica is the compassionate one. She creates safe spaces; she holds clients. If your clients say „with you I can finally breathe," you're likely Amica.
Who Amica is
Amica coaches from relational depth. Her strength isn't fast strategy but the held space. Clients who've tried many coaches and never arrived often find ground with Amica for the first time.
She often works with highly sensitive people, trauma-experienced clients, women in transition phases (motherhood, separation, identity shift). Her language protects rather than pushes.
Values: safety, compassion, patience, relationship, mindfulness-based accompaniment. Anti-values: fast pushing, performance coaching, „success-oriented" mentoring.
How Amica communicates
Tonality: warm, clear, empathic. She uses soft verbs („may," „can," „are invited") instead of demanding ones („must," „should," „need").
Word choice: space, hold, breathe, together, at your pace, gentle, mindful. Avoids: push verbs, pressure language, „hustle" vocabulary.
Imagery: pastel, soft textures, salmon, cream. Hands holding tea, blankets, plants, morning light. Little contrast, much warmth.
Amica in marketing — what works
Trauma-aware marketing. Amica avoids pressure language, scarcity tricks, FOMO mechanics. She doesn't say „only 2 spots left!" but „I have space for one client right now — if it fits, write to me."
Accept long sales cycles. Amica clients need trust, which doesn't grow in 3 days. Strategy: relationship-building content over months.
Community over performance. Amica often builds groups, circles, sister sessions — structures that allow connection.
Example caption for Amica: „If you're in a phase where you don't want to „do better," just need some space — that's okay. Coaching isn't always the next step. Sometimes it's a pause."
Strengths — and shadows
Strengths: deep, long client relationships, high referral rates (Amica clients bring others), low churn.
Shadow: visibility avoidance. Amica often finds self-promotion uncomfortable and posts too little. Result: too few clients find her.
Shadow 2: boundary erosion. Amica can hold too much and lose herself. Counter: secondary Amadea layer for clear limits — e.g. fixed work hours, clear program endpoints.

Frequently asked about Amica
Don't I seem unprofessional as Amica?
Gentleness isn't unprofessional — when it's curated. Amica without structure seems diffuse. Amica with clear program structure (Amadea secondary) seems warm AND professional.
Can I offer premium coaching as Amica?
Yes. Premium isn't a tonality question, it's a substance question. Amica-premium is quiet, long-term, relationship-driven. Clients pay for the held space.
How do I protect myself from energy loss as Amica?
Clear boundary structures (Amadea layer). Limited client number. Program endpoints. Emergency protocol for crisis clients who don't fit your format.
Which content works for Amica?
Storytelling, personal reflections, client journeys (with permission). Reels with voice-over instead of lip-sync. No trend reels.
What if my client persona is rather performance-oriented?
Then Amica may not be your dominant archetype. For performance-oriented clients, Amadea or Amarotica work better. Retake the quiz, answer honestly.
